Returns & Exchanges

We appreciate your business. Unfortunately, once an order has shipped, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

 

Canceling An Order

Although we do not accept any returns or exchanges, you may cancel an order before it ships from our facility if it has not been packed or staged for shipping.

 

Damaged Products

Damaged or defective products may be returned after contacting sunflower.lemonades@gmail.com. Please submit photo images of the damaged product. 

What if the tracking shows the package was delivered but I didn’t receive my package?

When completing an order, the customer must provide a safe and accurate address for delivery. Once an order has shipped, Sunflower Lemonades is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address as entered for the order. Please contact the carrier for any information regarding the delivery. Have your tracking number available to provide to the carrier to assist with the investigation.

We recommend the receiver be available on the estimated date of arrival of the package or have the package delivered to a place of business or an alternate address where someone will be present.

Shipping Policy

Orders have a 1-2 business day lead time once placed. We ship orders Monday through Friday (except for holidays). Most orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours. Customers will receive a shipping notification once the shipping label has been created and start to receive tracking updates once the package has been picked up and scanned by the shipping carrier.

Note: The "shipping time" shown at checkout only refers to the transit time once the carrier accepts the package.

Orders placed during a holiday or sale promotion may encounter longer lead times.
